2, Familiar with the rules of sales platform, through customer service tools, software, etc. at any time to deal with customer-initiated pre-sales consulting and after-sales issues, complaints, and refund issues, and properly handle the coordination well.
3, Maintain customer cooperation, maintain the ability to coordinate customers, familiar with e-commerce processes.
Job requirements:
1, With high school education, Internet business sales or customer service experience is preferred;
2, Typing proficiency, familiar with computer operations and commonly used office software;
3, Hardworking, cheerful, good sense of service and team spirit.
Working hours: there will be night work
Salary structure: Basic salary + commission
